Otmar Höll is Director of the Austrian Institute of International Affairs (oiip), guest-professor and lecturer at Universities in Austria (esp. University of Vienna, Visiting Professor at the Danube University Krems / DUK) and abroad, trainer in political education. He also took a degree in psycho-therapy and group-dynamics. He has widely published books and articles, esp. in the field of national and international foreign and security, development and environment policy, and globalization.
